One who has more of SOMETHING than others doesn't flaunt it and keep themselves invisible. Why? Because they are selfish or they want to protect it. It makes them feel one notch above the rest.
An ordinary person would make use of any opportunity to flaunt it. Because it's considered once in a blue moon for him.
