In Pursuit of Life, Liberty and Laughter
Little boxes on an island, Little boxes made of ticky-tacky, There's a green one and a pink one and a blue one and a yellow one and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same. And the people in the houses All go to the university, And they all get put in boxes, Little boxes, all the same. And there's doctors and there's lawyers and business executives, and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same.

Black Rectangular Box

Black Rectangular Box

I hate my 90's bulky black rectangular box called the radio. Not because of its size, functions or looks but in general i hate radios.

I hate crappy music on the radio. It's not their fault but its the lousy artist we get these days. I enjoy listening to my 60s music such as the doors more than anything else playing on the radio right now going "do it do it do it do it now". Uuuggghhhh.

It is not entirely the illegal distribution of music that's creating the downfall of music. I wouldn't buy crappy music artist cds. Bear in mind that i love cds because of the music and the beautiful art covers. It's tangible and nice to look at something i own.

I hate the radio. Crappy music, too much talking, too much advertising. Worst still, horrible advertisements. I frowned once i hear it. Imagine hearing it over and over again. And the entertainment news they constantly talk about. If it's not funny don't elaborate for 10mins! Who gives a shit about amy winehouse huband going to jail or J lo getting pregnant. For a change, talk about things that are really around us. Not hundred of miles away.

The only reason i could think of tuning into the radio is for prime time news or traffic reports.

I love my ipod. I can't imagine life w/o it.
