In Pursuit of Life, Liberty and Laughter
Little boxes on an island, Little boxes made of ticky-tacky, There's a green one and a pink one and a blue one and a yellow one and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same. And the people in the houses All go to the university, And they all get put in boxes, Little boxes, all the same. And there's doctors and there's lawyers and business executives, and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same.

Food that Cure

Food that Cure

I am sure you know food can give you instant boost to help change your mood. An example would be chocolate to give you minor uplifts to your horrible day. Food can also keep you calm, feel less depress, less stress blah blah blah. Okay. How about i start now?

Nervous.
May it be a interview or speech or presentation, having a chicken sandwich helps you to keep calm. It could be anything with protein not necessarily chicken. Just make sure you breathe doesn't smell like chicken rice.

Depress.
I know some people totally hate sushi. But I'm here to change your mind. Have salmon (my favourite!) or sushi to get yourself out of slight depression. I'm a HOPELESS ROMANTIC for salmon!=D Please seek help if you are in deep depression because sushi can only help you temporarily. All the sushi can just make you fat. If you need help on sushi/salmon you know who to call :)

Restless.
We always feel restless especially in lecture/classes/work, don't we? One way to perk yourself is take anything with CARBS! Woohoo! Anything with carbs? Are you serious? Yes but (why is there always a but) preferably with less fats because it slows the effect. It's sorta tried and tested by Yane.

Stress.
We lived in Singapore. We don't get sufficient sleep. We are stress due to work/school. Stress stress stress. We have always been taught to cope with stress but never introduced to food that reduces stress! Don't worry.... Yane is here to tell you. Try almonds, sesame seeds, cashew nuts and oat. Pretty much any nuts just make sure the content says it is high in magnesium and not anything else. Haha.

I guess that is pretty much it for what i know just yet.
Everyone enjoy your weekend. I am going to find a treat for my tongue :)

Bon Weekend! Au revoir!
