In Pursuit of Life, Liberty and Laughter
Little boxes on an island, Little boxes made of ticky-tacky, There's a green one and a pink one and a blue one and a yellow one and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same. And the people in the houses All go to the university, And they all get put in boxes, Little boxes, all the same. And there's doctors and there's lawyers and business executives, and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same.

Case Closed?

Customer service: Mam. Can i have your reference no?
Me: Sure. 2600080520
Customer service: Mam. From what i see from my computer it says your case is closed.
Me: Of course it says that. My laptop has got a problem again. If not why would i be calling u?
Customer service: Alright mam. I'll transfer your call so you can arrange another day for collection.

Case closed your head ah! The day before i went all the way to alexandra to pick up my laptop. I tried it out there and it worked fine. I came home and it failed to start up. After i pull the plug it worked again! I was relief. The next min i was very angry, upset and disappointed. The speakers and sound jack didn't work.

My goooodnesssss. Fixing a bloody laptop is not rocket science you know! I'm telling you. HP technicians don't do a good job. I've travelled down to alexandra road for 3 times. And the same man picked my laptop up for nearly 3-4times now. I've had it. Even the man can joke with me "forget where to sign alr ah? so many times in such a short time"

I even remembered my reference number. I had to tell that to the freaking Indian operators located in India (the accent kills me), the customer service in SG and then the office women to fix a date. Maybe i repeated that number more than 10times.

I have placed a virtual note on the sidebar (vistas has this sidebar thingy) for the technicians. Nothing offensive but enough to express my frustration.

Why do people get paid for jobs they can't even perform up to satisfaction? I can potentially see a million of people out of work all around in Singapore. A great example would be HP technicians.
