Little boxes on an island, Little boxes made of ticky-tacky, There's a green one and a pink one and a blue one and a yellow one and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same. And the people in the houses All go to the university, And they all get put in boxes, Little boxes, all the same. And there's doctors and there's lawyers and business executives, and they're all made out of ticky-tacky and they all look just the same.

Heroes Season 1 Finale
How to Stop an Exploding Man

I am a avid fan of the TV show heroes and i go home after classes on Tues and switch on my laptop hoping someone in America loaded it onto the net so i could watch the show heroes. I follow the show closely, never missed an episode and usually i set myself thinking why this and what this power does. I was waiting for the season finale that promised action, fights, cool use of powers and lastly the explosion of NY but i think my expectation was too high.

The season finale of Heroes, How to Stop an Exploding Man was a huge letdown. I thought Sylar and Peter would end up in a huge and climatic fight with the use of their powers and then somehow one of them explodes but NO! Sylar just sorta got "killed" by Hiro. He lays flat on the floor with blood oozing out. Tim Kring did mention that Sylar will be back with season 2 that means he's not dead yet. And the way they ended his part in this finale is dumb. If he got stab and appeared dead how come no one checks to see if he is actually dead?

Another thing that is dumb was the way all of them got together for the finale. Jessica/Nikki just comes out and hit Sylar with a lamppost with a cheap shot. Mr. Policeman (the one that can hear people's thoughts) tries to shot Sylar but got the bullet right back at him. What is this rubbish?

The last thing i was dying to see was the explosion expecting cool animations or graphics but all i get is Nathan carrying Peter and flying to the sky sacrificing himself while Peter explodes. Hello?! Peter can fly by himself. And even so, Nathan can fly him up there and quickly get away from his brother.

Hiro? He seems to be way back in time. In that part we see an eclipse and his dad. Another suspense.

I am not happy with the way Heroes ended. It leaves me high and dry. I have a feeling they ended this way so the story writer can have their way to continue the next season with new characters or removing some. The show might be imaginative but sometimes i want some logic to the way they use the power or how the process goes.

Let's just say the start of season 2 has to be doubly better to make up for it's mistake (i shall call it) to end heroes season 1 like that OR ELSE i am not watching it anymore.

How to stop an exploding man? Answer : Just fly him to the space and explode. Dumb.
