Disappointing Dinner at Pasir Ris Park

Let me tell you, you will never ever want to try having dinner in restaurants at Pasir Ris Park. It might look trendy with a new look to the restaurants BUT be prepared to face food which are expensive that comes with lousy service and taste like crap. I went to the blue hut for dinner and ordered a burger and fish n chips. It took them 20mins to return and say the burger is out of stock. And it took one hour for my fish n chips to arrive. i wonder if the fishes are fresh out of the tank, fries being freshly sliced out and tartar sauce being hand made that explains for the extremely long wait. Worst of all when i enquired the service staff i was treated with sarcasm by one of them.

Finally an hour later my food came. To my utter disappointment the fries were cold and soggy, fish was slightly cold too. But being so terribly hungry i ate a portion of it up. If i threw this plate onto the floor for the stray cats in the park I'm sure the cats wouldn't be interested too. The best explanation they came up with was the kitchen serves 3 restaurants and it's a Sunday evening. But come on! Fish n Chips! I'm not ordering a 8 course meal. By the time my food arrive it was close to 930 when most people are leaving. gosh.

The owner of this place called The Blue Hut should be crucified to the cross and thrown with the terrible food which they serve. Why not pour some liquor over him too? since i notice couple of their staff were drinking & pretty drunk too.

If you must have dinner by the beach enjoying the sea breeze, the scenery and GOOD FOOD please try the Indian restaurant by siloso beach at sentosa. I guarantee you the food is priced justified with the friendly staff and tasty food. You'll be surprised that the owner is Chinese ;)

Im expecting better food this coming weekend. Definitely not at Pasir Ris Park and never will.
